Jizzy's Wedding Album at jizzy.pics is operated by James Gurdian and Ysabella Palo to collect and enjoy photos and videos from our wedding.
What we receive
When you choose to upload, we receive your selected photos and videos, their filenames, file types, and sizes. Files may also contain information saved by your camera, such as the date, device details, or location. The upload service does not remove this embedded information. You can remove it before uploading.
Guests do not need an account or Google sign-in. Our hosting and storage providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error logs, to deliver and protect the service.
How we use and store uploads
We use uploads to create, preserve, and enjoy our wedding album. Files are sent to a designated Google Drive folder. We may download them and share wedding memories with family and friends. Uploading does not create a public gallery on this website.
We keep wedding memories as a personal archive rather than deleting them on an automatic schedule. Please upload only content you are comfortable sharing with us and have permission to share.
Google account access
The organizer connects a Google account through Google's authorization process. The service uses that connection to create uploads in the wedding folder and check whether they arrived. Guests do not provide Google passwords or authorize access to their own Google Drive.
The organizer's authorization credentials are stored in the hosting service's server-side environment settings. They are not included in the guest-facing website. The organizer can revoke the connection through their Google Account settings; doing so stops uploads until the connection is restored.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Service providers and sharing
Netlify hosts the website and runs the upload setup and verification functions. Google Drive stores the uploaded files. The album page also requests its font from Google Fonts. These providers process information under their own privacy policies: Netlify and Google.
We do not sell uploads or Google account data, use them for advertising, or use them to train AI models. The website's own code does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Removal requests and questions
To ask us to remove an upload or to raise a privacy question, email jg4129@gmail.com. Include enough detail to identify the photo or video, such as its filename or approximate upload time. We will review your request and may ask for clarification. Copies already shared with other people may need to be addressed separately.
The service uses HTTPS and server-side credential storage, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
